I stay here anytime I get back to Williamson and I absolutely love the people there the rooms are always nice and clean. The hallways are clean. The lobby is always clean. It’s just a real friendly place to stay.
I am so overly satisfied with the service at this location. From day 1 to day 10 the staff was amazing. The staff works with integrity and i so appreciate that.. Tammy cleaned my room and did and amazing job. I wanted to tip so requested she return the next day. I left her a note and tip and when i returned there was a note Tammy was off from Dani. I’m just floored bc she could’ve easily taken it.. Thank you ladies for being great people!!

I went in to find a room due to my power being out from storms. 2 awesome ladies at the front desk made sure I got the room I needed. Ryan is awesome! Not sure of the other ladies name. Ryan showed me several rooms & I told her my concerns. She made sure I got a top floor away from the front due to noise. My room was clean & smelled Good. Bedding was clean & fresh. Great air conditioner & awesome water pressure. There was food left in the fridge but that wasn't a big deal. I threw it out. & a stink bug spent the night with me on the ceiling lol It was no big deal. I told him if he didn't bother me I wouldn't bother him I enjoyed my stay. Ryan helped me get a great rate by joining the rewards program! I'll stay here again definitely. Thanks Ryan & the other lady. Wish I'd gotten her name too.
Don't let the broken sign foil you. This place is clean and friendly. It's also the only hotel in the area near Marshall Stadium that we could get a room but we were pleasantly surprised when we got here. Nice breakfast too!
The staff was very friendly. The woman working evening was the most helpful. She helped us get discounts with their rewards program. Rooms was clean, pool was nice and breakfast was great, sign up for the rewards program the perks are great. we come often and will definitely be back.
The room was clean and comfortable, more toilet paper on arrival (there was only half a roll)and coffee in room (there was only 1)would've e been helpful so we didn't need to ask. We were in for a funeral and looking forward to the heated pool but it was being repaired. Otherwise a nice place with really good breakfast and a convenient location.
Brittany at the front desk was delightful and welcoming. She assisted the difficult guest in front of me with Grace and professionalism. Other staff I met were also hospitable and warm. My toddler spilled a drink during breakfast and the sweet woman jumped in to help clean up and reassure my little that accidents happen. Pool was clean, though the paint on the bottom made it quite slick. Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were not super comfy but for the price of the stay, everything was great!
